Just been shopping here for a few weeks and have been quite happy with what is on offer.

Oh my, what on earth has happened to this place!

Just returned from overseas recently and went in. I used to shop here a lot in the past, the staff were always so brilliant, knew their products and their customers very well. There was all new staff since I had been here and not one of them could find the item I wanted in the shop, couldn't tell me anything about it or offer an alternative and couldn't have cared less. One staff, couldn't even look me in the face when I spoke to.

There appears to be a lot of very inferior products here now and many that aren't even organic, which was something you always used to be able to count on.

What used to be a bright, cheerful shop with good staff and and a great vibe has changed out of recognition.

Very, very disappointed and won't be going back.

Wow. Really disappointed after going here yesterday - the 'customer service' was appalling. The staff behind the counter was moody, rude and aggressive, actually saying that staff "couldn't serve [us]" when we asked to see the receipt on which staff had incorrectly charged us for several items. We won't be returning, would rather drive an additional 12km to where staff are knowledgeable and actually friendly.
