The restaurant has no embiance, greasy walls and ceiling, lacking the feel or appearance of a restaurant. The worst looking teppayaki restaurant I've ever been to. The food was ordinary and expensive but the chef was great at entertaining the kids with his teppayaki tricks. The joint was eerily quiet with only us there the whole time. It was awkward as the staff watched us, waited for our departure. Not going back.
my first time at Teppenyaki and I loved it. The atmosphere was great, the process was entertaining, and the service was so friendly and hospitable, right down to details like refilling my water before I noticed I had drank it all. Plus, the food was incredible - perfectly cooked and wonderfully flavoured - my husband and I agreed it was the best restaurant food I have tasted in over a year! Went here with quite a large group and they were very accommodating! We were slightly early and they hadnt cleared the tables yet but they chilled our drinks and worked fast to get it cleared! Drink service was a little slow but the show more than made up for it! Little bit messy but that possibly could have been because we were really bad catchers!
