I wish there was a no star option..... long story short i bought a primus fridge from these guys around 18 months ago, (the fridge has a 3 year warranty). just before christmas the fridge started playing up and would not cool. i had a paid trip to rainbow beach booked for christmas. i was told i had to take the fridge to a repairer at caboolture which i gladly did even though it meant losing my fridge that i hardly use for my trip. i was notified the fridge had been repaired and there would be no more dramas..... only a few months later i was heading out on a 3 day hunting trip with the missus. plugged the fridge in to cool it overnight and sure enough that moring error signs and a warm fridge...... once again its let me down. That same morning i went down to outback adventures to try and sort out the issue as far as i was concerned this product was not reliable at all and at $1500.00 i thought that was pretty ordinary. anyway after arriving at the store i was told thisread more
I went to the Morayfield store today and intended to buy a tent, As they didn't have the one I wanted on display, I asked if they could erect one. It would only take about 10 minutes and there was plenty of room in the show room. The sales staff said they needed to check with the management, When staff returned I was told they would not do it. What great customer service!! Needless to say I will not be buying a tent from them. Like others, this is not the first time I have encountered such poor service from them.
