Don't use this company. The person who cleaned our BBQ damaged it and it was a brand new BBQ. The cleaning guy didn't even tell me! I paid (alot of money for both BBQ & oven clean) and he left without saying a word! We noticed the damage to our BBQ later that evening when we went to use it. So then we decided to check our oven. We turned it on and it smoked and smelt (alot!) for about 30 minutes before it was usable - good thing we didn't go to use it with food in it! After lodging a complaint and following up two more times, the company has not come back to me to advise how they intend to remedy the BBQ.
I've used Oven Express in the past and was impressed. Unfortunately the same guy doesn't work for them any longer. I will definitely NOT be using Oven Express again and would not recommend them. If I could give a negative star rating I would. Beware.
After reading a number of positive reviews I decided to go with Oven Express to clean a four burner BBQ and hood as part of a close of lease job. Due to unforeseen circumstances the technician was unable to come at the agreed time and the company kindly organised for someone to come over the weekend to complete the job - unfortunately the technician cleaned the BBQ without anyone present. After the end of lease inspection we were asked to go back to the property to clean the BBQ! I had expected for such an expensive job that it would be as the pictures on the website show, but a lot of grease and grime was left behind, on the grates and range hood. I let both the company and technician know but have gotten no reply. It looks like the company has franchises and some function better than others. I would not recommend them unless you are present and directing.

In these situation we normally go back and redo the job. But you have mention that you let both the company and technician know and you didn't get any response. I find this information incorrect because I handle all customer complain and I normally respond within a day of the complain and there is no pending complain at the moment. So please let us know your detail and I promise that I will fix the issue within couple of days.Thank you
