I went with a friend to have our make up done for my hens night. Firstly they thought it was for my wedding and still allowed staff to apply the make up. We walked out looking like we had no make up on, I asked for pink eyeshadow and got dark purple until I corrected staff and applied a very faint peachy pink. My friend asked for coral eyeshadow and the staff asked if that was a shade of green and then also applied dark purple.
We both had very sore eyelids from the constant rough eyeshadow applications. Worst idea going here, they even tried to charge us $85 each for a staff make up application.
We went home and redid it all ourselves anyway
I must say terrible service. As a hairdresser it is my duty to look good, and I usually do. But when I went in for a routine eyebrow pluck I came out almost sans-brow. Seriously, I would have looked better with a full mono-brow than none at all. And the people behind the counter? One word- rude
I went to overindulgence this moring for a routine waxing. First i was made to wait half an hour for an appointment I had clearly made then I was burnt with the wax. When I complained about this, and the horrible ingrowns, I was dismissed with a "well that sometimes happens" Not good enough, avoid this place
I have been going to Over Indulgence for the past 2+ years and have always overlooked the fact that the services are extremely over priced for what you get. I don't like how everytime you go there you get a different person and everyones technique is different. After the staff I liked the most recently left I know am going to go somewhere else.
