From Mario the estimator to the construction manager Gus along with the showroom to help me pick tiles, vanity and taps my reno journey was a breeze! After an horrific experience years ago with our reno we were somewhat worried about choosing our next renovator. Oxford Bathrooms showroom staff were amazing in their proficiency and knowledge in helping us choose our products. When it came to the bathroom renovation itself everything went smoothly down to the experience of the Project Manager booking the trades and running a tight schedule for the job. Avoid at all costs. This company spent so long doing two rather small bathrooms it's almost unfathomable. The site managers couldn't give a hoot and the work was consistently wrong and done poorly. We had to have everything redone numerous times - including 7 attempts to install just 2 standard sized shower screens.
