Hi I placed an order couple of week back. I appreciate i got my order on time but my shoe size unfortunately was smaller. So I have to return it back, i tried contacting them in returning policy and asking where should i post back this shoe product. But they are not replying appropriately. Can anyone advise me what should i do?

I placed an order on a very confusing page. I selected to have a part payment. They took two payments from my bank account. I received no confirmation email of my order. I checked my orders section on my account page and nothing is there. I then wrote to them three times on their site and received not response. I'm now find I can't sign in so I used the forgotten password selection box it responded that a password has been sent to my email address and I've received nothing. Just shocking service and no communication but the money was taken from my account straight away twice. I don't know if I have an order or they are just taking money.

I received my order. I'm very pleased with the clothing its good quality and sizing is true. The only way I could get into my account was through FB. I'm keeping watch on the payments process. I would suggest that you get IT overhaul on you web page. Not receiving any response to my communication on your web page is poor customer service. The request I sent for a new pass word was ingnored. Your ordering page is confusing and should take people step by step through the process as navigating around the page is confusing. I will however order again as I received my order promptly and the clothing is good quality for a very resonable price. Thankyou Ringo2018

Terrible service, Ordered items Weeks ago. Received no follow up emails so have no order number but payment has gone thru. No reply to email and phone calls just stay on hold then cut out. Really annoyed as we work hard for our money and can't afford to lose $100 Never order from these guys.

Hi I have order sport pants on 21st December by estimated delivery was 3rd Jan but I have not received the product and I check the tracking it’s has no information at all and I don’t when will get the product I have order watches also I hope I get my items when I try contacting they say leave messGe and I get no replay at all I am never ordering again form Ozsale

I have used ozsale for a while now, but after my recent experience I'm sorry to say I won't be using them ever again I places an order back in November, and was due to receive it by the 17th of December at the latest. Low and behold it hadn't arrived, which was ok because I wasn't counting on it for Christmas. I sent an enquiry through and received a response saying it was dispatched on the 6th and they'll investigate with their warehouse as there was no tracking information. They said they would let me know in a weeks time. A week comes and goes and I hear NOTHING. I have since sent through 5 more enquiries (on separate days) to have every single one ignored! I'm so disappointed that they treat people this way, I won't be shopping there again and I'll make sure I warn friends and family as well Not impressed
