I have used Ozsale many times but won't anymore. I got tired of Ozsale never fulfilling my order and not responding to contacts. I would provide full details in my emails asking why my orders were always being cancelled and not being notified and they always ignored me and said we provide details you with a refund and notification and nothing further. Buyer beware, please don't expect them to send what you ordered or to answer your concerns.

The worst. Will never purchase from Ozsale again. I'm trying to follow up my order which I placed last month, no one can give me a direct answer except for a scripted " Our logistics team have advised that they expect to receive the stock from this sales event shortly into our warehouse." Late last year I received counterfeit sunglasses from Ozsale. The company disputed this even though I had taken the item to a genuine dealer for comparison. I returned the item to ozsale but they have refused to refund (instead provided a credit voucher which is no use to me).
