I would appreciate that the item received on time but somehow i forgot my password and now that i want to reset my password i don't receive any email on my account and when i contacted them they always ask me to look on junk/spam which i did more then 1000 times but still no solution. They always tell me that they are fixing the issue but never happened due to which i can not do my return.

I just received a "refurbished" IPhone 6S, purchased the 19 March and only had news of arrival last week, finally I received the product today 8 May. But with severe damages on the screen. I haven´t even put my SIM card in. I'm terribly disappointed on the product that I was longing for so long. I ordered a pair of Reebok and Aupost lost it. I called Ozsale and Syed Mohamad was on the phone and stated that he would provide me a refund and would take 3-5 . After a week, nothing happened. I tried to contact them through customer service and Syed Mohamad picked up and he asked me for the order number then hung up the phone on me. I tried to call back so many times but " the phone number was not available" . Terrible customer service !!!!! Be aware

I have used Ozsale many times but won't anymore. I got tired of Ozsale never fulfilling my order and not responding to contacts. I would provide full details in my emails asking why my orders were always being cancelled and not being notified and they always ignored me and said we provide details you with a refund and notification and nothing further. Buyer beware, please don't expect them to send what you ordered or to answer your concerns.
