Quality Care with CompassionQuality Care with Compassion
Our Mission is to provide the highest standard of patient care incorporating a holistic approach toward diagnosis and management of illness. This practice is committed to promoting wellness and disease prevention to all patients. We do not discriminate in the provision of excellent care and aim to treat all patients with due respect.
Our practice opened in October 2003 and is owned by Doctor's. In 2013 we moved into our purpose built Medical Centre on Pitcairn Way. We are a family orientated practice
After moving from NSW to QLD I was really concerned about finding a doctor and doctors office that would be as great as my previous one. I feel really lucky that Dr Parsons was suggested as a replacement.
I've found that both Dr Parsons and all the reception staff are friendly, helpful and understanding (even when I am a bit late...).
I travel from Waterford to Pacific Pines (35 mins each way) about once a month and I wouldn't travel that far for a GP if I wasn't getting great service and support.
My mother got a peice of glass stuck in her foot. She and i both tried to dig it out but couldn't. Got an app here as just up the road and she saw an indian doctor there who asked what the problem was. Mum replied i have a piece of glass in my foot. The doctor looked at her and said he couldnt help her and to go to emergency . She ende up getting another app at helensvale medical centre who spent 15 minutes going through her history before even looking at her foot then took 5 mins to get the piece of glass out. We were walking through westfield within 20mins. Thanks pac pines medical centre. I have a couple of other stories like that myself but why bother i just stopped going there.
I have been there a few times, but in all my experience the two male doctors I had were unfriendly. There were instances I would walk in the room and the doctor would not greet with a smile but just stared at me waiting for me to say something. I thought it was just me and my wife who attends it had the same experience. I do agree with the reviewer saying that they don;t greet you with a smile in. The vibe I get is that the doctors do not care, they just want check every patient in 60 seconds and off you go.
Appalling customer service both by reception and doctor. Firstly, if you don't want to go to work with some sort of a smile then stay in bed and do the world a favour. I was shocked at the rudeness of staff and by the 60 seconds the GP gave me. This was my first and final visit and will not be returning. Ever. To everyone else I strongly suggest going to another practice.
Finally, to the practice manager who stated 'most people only take the time to say bad things' truely shows your ignorance that has most likely dwindled down to your staff.
Firstly I would like to point out that my staff are always happy, smiling and extremely kind & helpful to ALL patients. The day in question that you came into our practice we had received some rather bad news that effected all of us. I am not making an excuse as my staff should always be 100% dedicated to our patients. But to the person who added this post "The whole world doesn't revolve around you", you obviously have never thought of another person and how this kind of post could effect them. Also your comments regarding myself, you have never met me nor do you know me, I think you should just keep your comments to yourself.
