JUST A QUICK REVIEW TO THANK YOU FOR A GREAT JOB WITH OUR EXPOSED AGGREGATE DRIVEWAY, PATHS AND PATIO. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE MANNER IN WHICH THE WHOLE JOB WAS COMPLETED. YOUR WORKERS WERE HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL IN THE WAY THEY WENT ABOUT THE WORK. KEN AND MICHAEL KEPT US INFORMED ALL THE WAY ALONG. THANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE!
Please give our thanks to everyone at Panorama for the concreting, we are very happy with it! Your consultant Arch convinced us that you knew what was needed for the driveway and paths around our new house and the result is even better than expected.
The concreters were only too ready to answer any of our questions before they started and then showed themselves to be true experts by producing a great looking job.
The guys who came after to cut joints and clean and seal the paving also seemed very professional and thorough.
Thanks again for a top job by everyone.
Before engaging this company check a variety of review sites. There’s a common theme of poor service. You’ll also see that the owners repeat the same corny, cliche responses, and they never offer apologies for bad service, only excuses or arguments. Their responses speak volumes about their attitude towards customers. If you’re not ignored and can actually get a quote out of them, and your job goes well, good for you! If it doesn’t go well the reviews may provide clues about what to expect.
Their quote was severely lacking in detail. We therefore asked questions and were promised a response (but we felt it was a real imposition and the sales rep was annoyed that we dare ask basic questions like how many sqm was covered by the quote). We didn't receive that promised response. We've nudged, nudged again, and been completely ignored. If this is the level of customer service they display whilst trying to win a job, I dread to think how appalling it is after they get their hands on your money. We won't get much change out of $30K for our job... but it won't be from Panorama Concrete Paving. Don't waste your time here!
We left the same review on Google and received a generic cut and past response full of lame cliches, ie, nothing more than smug, insincere lip service.
Rang on a Tuesday to speak to someone about getting a quote. Was told my message would be passed onto a salesman named Michael. 2 days later no one had called me so I phoned again. Was told that 'I have not seen any of our sales people for days". Asked if Michael could give me a ring. 24 hour later he rang and we arranged a time 7 days later for him to come to our house to see what we needed and talk through our options. 15 minutes before appointment he sent a text saying he would have to reschedule. No reason given. Had to change our plans to accommodate meeting him and then he cancels 15 minutes before? I replied to his text saying we would find someone else to do our job. he replied "good" Not good enough. Cant get over the fact that a receptionist says she hasn't seen a salesman for 2 days. Wouldn't a message be emailed or texted to a salesman who by the very nature of his job is out of the office?
