If you want a real estate agent that respects you, this is not the place for you. I have been insulted, judged for having tattoos and tried telling me I'm not on the lease when my name is on all letters. They also write down things on inspection that aren't even there.
I would not recommend this business to anybody! I can't understand why they treat their clients the way they do. If I could give then 0 star I would,

Terrible company! Avoid at all costs! From owners' perspective - numerous issues raised regarding significant maintenance that weren't actioned until tenant finally threw a tantrum. From tenant perspective - where to start! First not given correct key when moved in ... followed by NUMEROUS maintenance issues NOT followed up by the company! Finally at vacating premises ... terrible terrible terrible lack of service! I honestly think this is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Investors - I wouldn't touch this company! And tenants ... run ... run far and fast away from this company!!!
Completed a lease break with Park Trent as we were relocating for work. Made sure that the real estate were aware that we were moving interstate and that the vacate inspection needed to be done on a specific day as the property was empty. The real estate left the inspection until the day that I left the state which meant that I was unable to sign the final paperwork before my relocation.Therefore the bond refund which I desperately need has been delayed through no fault of mine. Disappointing Park Trent, not good enough.
