Finally and not a day too early, Parramatta Motor Group has lost its Mitsubishi dealership credentials, including the official servicing authorisation support. The worst place that you can have you vehicle serviced, so don't go there with any kind of car or mechanical device. I would not even allow them to pump up a bicycle tyre. Even half a star is generous.
I didn't even want to give them a star let alone half a star. I am still scarred from the purchase of a Nissan Juke from the Parramatta Motor Group and as for Nissan "Customer Care" - Kara, a senior "care" representative is insane!
An experinece with Parramata in NSW:
I live in Canberra, I just suggested them to have a changeover with their Nissan Juke 2016, Auto, Odometer: 0 km, they suggested a good price to have the changeover, 15000AUD.
Their ad in carsales was saying that their car is 0 Km. They invited me to go to them to make the contract and almost assured me to have the deal withread more
We have been in Parramta Mitsubishi office one week ago, I loved all staff and their attitude, beloved Micheal as a sales man did a very nice deal for us and his attitude is remarkable and not comparable to non of other dealers, just I want to say many thanks to all staff and specialy dear Micheal.
I would prefer to give just half a star, but not registering. Purchased brand new Mitsubishi ASX ($36,000) in late 2014. Pleasurable experience with Michael, a nice sales person, who has since left (I think). First 1,500km service: Oil stick not properly re-inserted, resulting in entire engine bay and some exterior panels being sprayed with thick black diesel. Sales person subsequently promised a free 15,000km service and complimentary professional detailing. When the time came, I was initially quoted $280 for this service, then $350 when I collected the car. The car was not detailed or cleaned as promised. Fortunately I have kept the original letter of promise. Service records now withheld and service book only stamped, but not ticked or signed. Subsequently, no way of telling what exactly had been done for this 15,000km service. Emailed centre on 3 occasions post service, asking for a PDF copy of this record.
