I have my house sprayed by Patterson Pest Control for the passed 5 years and can not recommend them highly enough. I have used other companies in the passed with out getting the same results. I've used Patterson for over 7 years and Darren has always completed the job well. In December last year I booked Pattersons again for my annual spray in and outside my home - same as every year. This year something has gone wrong with the spray as it has not deterred or eliminated spiders and cockroaches - cob webs and spiders continue outside along with cockroaches. It was about 4 weeks after the spray I discovered a cockroach in my upstairs bathroom. I let that go, as it may have been a one off, but a couple of weeks later I found one in my kitchen utility cupboard which is bench level. I decided to ring Pattersons to see iwhat they could do as this had never happened before. After speaking with Darren his advice was to leave it another 2 weeks, and if cockroaches continue to give him a call back and he would respray my home. This customer has been very happy with our service over the past seven years. This service was provided exactly the same as previous years by the same technician using the same products. This year it seems that she has sighted a few insects. This is not uncommon when a barrier spray has been used as the insects need to crawl over the barrier and then they will die in time (a few days). That is how the spray works. As far as the cockroaches’ outdoors the barrier spray will not kill all the cockroaches’ outside not even a nuclear bomb will kill all the cockroaches’.
The environmental conditions this year with the large amount of rain, & humidity has produce perfect conditions for insects to breed in extreme numbers. I believe Linda is being unreasonable with her expectations.
Our technicians are extremely professional and take a lot of care and time to do a thorough job.

WE have done nothing wrong or negligent in this matter. We have followed up with numerous phone calls to politely listen and explain the nature of the Barrier spray.
The review has identified us personally by name using Pat & Darrin and our last name is also our company name Patterson.
I feel this is a personal attack calling me ignorant, and did not listen.
Darrin the technician returned her call to listen and speak with her also Pat called to listen and speak with her, (always in a polite manner) still she says we didn’t listen........ This is false.
I would appreciate our side of the story to be considered and the review to be taken off, particularly as it is identified us personally and feels attacking with false comments.
