This place has always been good but it is now even better with new owner, Been going here for around 4 years now and always leave happy, the staff are attentive and always make me feel comfortable with a lovely chat! The new owner is extremely knowledgable, has expert colour training and really knows her hair art!! Highly recommend them and they aren't too pricey either!
Really bad service first of all the hairdresser didn't listen and cut it uneven. I had to go elsewhere and get my hair re cut the next day due to it being uneven. worst haircut ever will be contacting for a full refund!!
All comes back to the management that runs the joint. If staff don't work fast enough they get fired! My Daughter work for her. She takes pride in her work and is passionate about hairdressing. Guess what? She got told she was no longer needed because she was not fast enough. If you think you as a Customer are short changed, think of the ooor Hairdresser! No wonder there is a high turn over of Staff!
