Extremely unprofessional. Organised an inspection time for a lease property but agent did not bother to show up. No communication or message, just no show. Doesn't appear Paule Bane cares about getting tenants in

I found this agency to be very unprofessional as I was treated very rudely by the lady I was dealing with when applying for a rental property. The manner in which she spoke to me was completely uncalled for and resulted in me no longer wishing to apply for the property. I would advise landlords to be cautious in engaging the services of this agency as there is a real risk potential tenants, such as myself, will be completely put off your property solely based on their dealings with the real estate agent.

I have had a very bad experience. I found the lady that I was dealing with totally rude. I have never been treated or spoken too so shabbily. I was a cash buyer and wanted to purchase a property but the salesperson did not give me a chance when I asked her way she did not get back to me about the property selling and that I was not given the opportunity to increase my offer she rudely hang up on me.

On phoning to inquire about renting a place, I found the staff I spoke with to be deliberately going out of their way to be rude and unhelpful. I expect at least some basic manners when I am offering to pay $20,000 per year, which other estate agents do seem capable of.
