Consistently overcharged for the service or a more expensive service performed without my permission (4 seperate occasions)! A different excuse is offered each time. Very dishonest and frustrating. Further, my puppy is always very anxious and upset upon coming home. Will not return and advise avoiding this place
After bad experiences with groomers we finally found PawsAbout.
Pepper is not easy to groom, now she is happy to go back and she looks amazing.
The best cut she ever had.

We came to PawsAbout based on numerous recommendations from other dog owners in our local dog park. The service from business owner and her staff are simply outstanding. Being a little nervous at first Buddy has warmed up to the atmosphere in the shop after a few minutes. The dog grooming service only took a few hours and his haircut was the best, I have to mention that he smelt absolutely amazing. We also got a good advice on the best food for our puppy as he suffers from skin conditions.A very professional salon and we have re-booked on the spot. Thanks guys - you are our new dog groomers!!!! Very Happy!
I was a bit disappointed with the service and concluded that it's not suitable for busy people. There are not many appointments outside of business hours, parking is near to impossible and I don't know why I was told that the last appointment every Saturday was 1pm, when they close at 5pm. If you don't have to work as much - go for it, but this happy chappy is happy elsewhere now with more flexibility and more parking.
Very surprised by this comment. Our experiences have been nothing but the opposite. If you want quick and convenient - try other dog wash. If you want quality, stick with PawsAbout. Sadly, it's your loss. I am DEFINITELY coming back!
Wanted to support a local quality service, so disappointed when I couldn't support this business. I found there were at least 2 or 3 excellent quality local dog groomers in the area with high standards and quality service for beloved doggie within 5 mins drive of Coogee in Randwick, Clovelly and Maroubra. Some actually closer to me and the others might have a 5 minute drive, but quicker as the parking more straight forward. I settled on an excellent local small business with enthusiastic, friendly genuine staff, more appointments, better opening hours, more flexibility and more parking. Happy doggie, happy chappie.
We really value feedback from our clients and whilst we are doing everything possible to accommodate their busy schedules yet we are also limited by the number of appointments available. Our aim is to create safe and comfortable environment for our guests. It is importance to us to tailor our services to individual needs of each owner and their pets at all times.
