They have great range of products. For that I would give then 10\5
But for the costumer service is they are just really bad. I was have problem with my computer and called then upander they gave me RA and sent it with 2 day for seeing the email and it took them 2 week to send it back and then they told.me what they did. Only tested for 2 hours and when came back the problem still not fixed.called them back and they said send it back and we will test it further.
What probably for another 2 hours what a joke
I would never purchase anything from this business again. Last week I purchased over $5000 dollars worth of equipment, only to realise that I accidently purchased some incompatible memory. To my horror when I contacted them to get the memory replaced they insisted that I pay a 15% restocking fee. The memory was still factory sealed and unused. I can't believe in a time where your reputation is so public, there are dodgy businesses out there would aim to profit from customer mistakes instead of making it easy to assist in fixing the error. Customer comes second in this business. Be very careful!!
As an "Old School" IT Tech with more than 15 years industry experience, I need a few suppliers to source IT products from. Yes, while PCCG may be slightly more expensive than their competitors in some areas, they more than make up for it in customer service, technical experience and general helpfulness. I source products here first because unlike their competitors in the Melbourne's south east, PCCG's website stock levels are very accurate. Over the years I have received faulty parts etc, but these issues have been dealt without fuss and efficiently.
