This is a shocking company i had another problem with them in the past but lets talk about what they did yesterday i took the car there because it was having a rattle noise and the person told me they needed to level the oil and first of all they dod nothing to the car at all they charged me 154 dollars to keep the car parked, very unproffessional mechanics they said my car needs a total engine rebuild they did not level or change oil STAY AWAY
I was just charge to park my car in there yard really
I went to another shop and they where very proffessional they changed and leveled the oil in half an hour and now the car runs smooth
Mr Buontempo - you brought your vehicle to us with oil leaks and a light on the dashboard. We discovered the problem was from overfilling the sump with oil. We drained the excess oil and cleaned the engine and surrounding areas. Your vehicle had internal engine noises which require further investigation. We suspected the timing chain may have failed - there were other items we reported on also. We charged you a very reasonable price and we were happy to assist you. If you had any further queries or complaints perhaps you should have had the courtesy of returning to discuss this with us. At all times you received professional and helpful service and advice from a company who has had over 30 years of experience.
You know im just wishing i had 154 dollars. You cant do your job properly the other shop fix the problem in 20 min you did nothing to the car and learn your mechanics to become proffessionals at it now stop wasting everyones time everybody complaines about your company so no point in even talking
I just wish i never walked into your workshop and just to let you know when i went to the proffessional who just changed the oil my car runs perfectly smooth and does not make any noises thanks for wasting my money and time
You pebco just kept my car parked in your yard for 154 dollars for half a day and didnt even touch touch or do any work at all to the car
I felt this company was very unprofessional for the second I walked through the door was waiting nearly an hour and a half for a 45 min inspection and the inspector didn't even have the decency to talk through the report with me the office staff just told me my car failed I asked what for they just pointed at the paper no help what so ever I over heard another customer also very unhappy STAY AWAY

We do our best to provide professional service - we apolgise you felt this was not delivered on the day you attended. I must say I am VERY surprised as 99% of our clients comment on how great the service for Dept Transport Inspections is compared to the old days of queuing up at the "Pits" and having to wait hours to be examined. It is difficult to deal with your complaint after you have left our premises - perhaps next time you might like to ask for the Manager to voice your concerns at the time. We would like to once again apologise if you thought you were not dealt with in a professional manner - something our staff and our company strive to achieve and pride ourselves on
I think you at pebco dont know how to fix cars even though you say you have 30 years experience because you didnt know that my car required new oil the other shop quickly knew that
