Purchased a VW Multi Van for business. Car goes well. However the servicing section,and management are ridicuously inept. Initially the cars windows had a leak problem. 7 days later rectified. The first service they had the car again for seven days. The communication at that job towards me and indeed between different departments is an absolute joke. I ended up trading the car in and costing me big dollars. Kevin the manager was going to contact me. Still waiting two months later. Do not deal with this dealer ship. Look elsewhere.
Worst customer service ever I received in Australia. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone else.
Went to see a used car and had a test drive. Once the test drive was done tried to negotiate the price, they came down to $69.88k and I offered them 66k. Then the customer service officer got very angry with me. He behaved in such a rude manner as if I had a big offence with them and was saying why I drove the car if I can’t afford it, why did I waste their money for fuel, insurance and their time as well….. I felt very sad and apologised to him several times-even he was not happy and said me goodbye. That behaviour shocked me and my mate too and got mentally upset. Couldn’t sleep well remembering his misconduct felt like a nightmare.
The person could have been a bit more polite as a professional sales person to minimise the gap as was not a big one. Would like to add an instance Iread more
Before I tell my shocking experience at this rubbish dealership, I've gone through the other 91 Google reviews (as of 10.10.2017) that have been submitted and 33% of the reviews have a rating of 2 stars or less . You can do the numbers yourself. This should speak volumes to anyone that may be considering buying a car from VW Peninsula. DONT!
Absolute disgrace of a dealership. Misleading customers. Bar far the WORST dealership I have ever come across.
I have had at least 7 brand new cars, and never had to deal with so many people who couldn't give a cr*p about customer service and legal warranties.
They lie about warranties and avoid helping, this has happened to myself, and at least three other people I know.
I had numerous problems with my BRAND NEW car and they wouldn't take blame for any of it.
