Would prefer to pay thousands more than buy a car from here! Very rude, arrogant staff, caught out in 5 lies speaking to them for half an hour! Would never trust them to buy a car from here

Bought a Corolla sedan 2016 from them. They sold me a brand new lemon. It has a runny paint job at the front edge of the roof panel and like a sausage shape paint defect at the right rear roof of the car.

Sent back to them for a week (after a few weeks waiting time), they told me they will re-spray the roof panel (yeah ...a resprayed brand new is not quite new anymore). They never provided me with the job done paperwork though I had requested it when I picked up the car.

I am still able to see those defects and I doubt that they even repainted the roof panel. They may have just buffed it up. I just could be bother to chase it up further dealing with those bunch of people. Just a warning to others.

My family has been buying and servicing cars from Pennant Hills Toyota for over 10 years and they treated us with respect and always willing to help. Great staff from sales to service. Have also referred plenty of friends there and have all had positive experiences.
