Personal Training Cairns is headed by Michael Johnson. Michael has been training in Martial Arts, health and fitness for the last 15 years. He is a qualified PT with Cert III and IV in fitness, alongside being a boxing and kickboxing coach for fitness. Michael has also developed his own Martial Arts self defence system known as Palm Boxing.
Michael is capable of training in you in a variety of different fields ranging from weight training, to endurance, peak performance conditioning and sports training to name just a few. Michael has a strong passion for helping people change to become all they can be.
