Bought a 2011 ford territory ts from them on Wednesday by Thursday the next day it was having an issue with the wheels. Rang them an they got a tow truck to get the car And fixed the problem over night, got the car back and the next day Saturday it's doing the same issue and the service centre isn't open on a Saturday. If the issue isn't fixed they will be getting the car back and are money will come back to us

DECEIVING AND UNPROFESIONAL. I was looking at a hilux from interstate. I Made an offer on the vehicle which Perth Motorsports did not accept because they wanted an extra $1,000. I had the vehicle inspected and was told by the mechanic it was a lemon and not to buy.

The Manager then rang me and said i had to buy the vehilce because i made an offer. I explained that offer was not accepted and was void. The manager said he would confirm with the salesman i was dealing with. I never heard back. 12 months later i noticed this company was direct debiting my account for a vehicle i never took ownership of.

The service I received from Perth Motorsport was APPALLING! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I regret spending a large sum with them. Rude, unhelpful and basically as soon as I had signed along the dotted line they brushed me aside, didn't respond to me and didn't provide me with the added extras they promised (including a full tank of fuel... On delivery the fuel light was on... Completely empty). ACCC were no help. Will be spreading the word far and wide. Do not spend money with this company! I receive better customer service when I go through the checkout at Coles.

Don't rush into buying with these guys , bad customer service & info you receive (if any ) is dodge . Not Happy with Perth MotorSport but no stress I have a great car from another dealer. You can find one too just keep looking , ELSEWHERE!

Very disappointed with the service from this yard. After we had purchased the Nissan Patrol we had to drive 700 kms home and found the next day that seat bolts were missing and not tightened up, wiring not in place for speakers or spotlights which were on the vehicle, bolt embedded in tyre on arrival to pick up when it was pointed out on the initial visit. Wouldn't deal with these people again.

I had exactly!!!! the same experience as you! Their treatment after I took ownership of the vehicle, was appalling! The Manager Josh, the Salesperson Jordan and the Insurance person Zoe all refused to take any responsibility and manager Joshua refused to give his full details also... coward, or what. We also received our vehicle 'empty' and just enough fuel to get to a service station! Our vehicle was filthy and disgustingly dirty inside! The equipment were hanging loose from the fittings. The air conditioning system was faulty, and the battery light constantly on. They refuse to help and claimed the expensive warranty they sold us was not covering any of the faults. We felt that we were cheated and are definitely going to take the matter up with legal authority Australia Consumer Law and ASIC!
