Lashes all fell off within 1 week, my natural lashes didn't fall out, just the extensions. I cannot believe this person is still in business. She also tried to change my appointment time to 2 hours later, and was really unorganised and late with terrible customer service! Guess you get what you pay for....
Worst eyelash technician I've ever come across in 6 years of getting lashes done. A pad was glued to my face, my left eye was glued shut and then the extensions were cut shorter to rectify the issue she had caused with her negligence! I have reported to authorities for investigation.
For a salon that focuses only on lashes and tans you would think they could at least provide an acceptable lash lift, truth is no however with my lashes looking absolutely horrible.
Owner seems to be a lot more focused on $$ and cramming in as many bookings as possible rather than providing an even acceptable service.
Defiantly would recommend if you want your lashes ruined.

As I explained when you contacted me a week after your appointment, I am genuinely sorry to hear you are no longer satisfied and the range of times I offered for you to come in and show us so we could rectify the situation are still available. Despite reporting being unable to look in the mirror without crying, you have since decided you are happy to leave the Lash Lift as it is.
We value all our clients and feel disappointed you would not allow us to see or recitify your issue but chose to use the threat of a negative review to extort a monetary refund only. We did our best to accommodate your appointment after you had not shown up to the one you booked the day prior without notice and I am truly sorry your satisfaction at the end of the appointment did not last. If you wish to demonstrate to us the issue I am still more than happy to re-do or reverse the Lash Lift for you so you can join the 20+ other Lash Lifts whom are thrilled with the results each week.
TRUE LOCAL - some dilligence in verifying or at least requiring some form of authenticity for brand new accounts signed up on the day of the only review they have ever would be greatly appreciated.
Being able to write a review is an option all clients have as a way to express their thoughts on the service they received. I was deeply unhappy with the service

I first contacted you to make you aware of my concerns and did enquire about a refund for the purpose of getting it fixed elsewhere as fixing it yourself is not an option for me, considering you did a bad job in the first place I have no confidence in your ability. Also the fact I had to cancel my appointment the day before shouldnt affect the service you gave me?
My review is my opinion on the service I received. The public can make their own mind up.
We welcome all feedback Samantha and did our best to offer a range of solutions despite not having the opportunity to view what you described neither in person or in your email. You not attending the appointment you booked the day prior certainly did not affect the service you received, but was an example of how we tried to best accommodate you.
