We also run puppy pre-school and parrot training school! We provide you with professional expert advice from qualified and well trained staff.
So over the years ive had nothing but problems with this company, the staff attitudes are like that of a stuck up bratt.
Tried to buy a guinea pig, and when I wouldn't spend over $350 dollars the teen bratt caused me of killing guinea pigs to feed snakes.
Also bought a fish tank and a heap of fish, the fish tank was missing the lid and when I rang they tried to tell me it doesn't have one. So I went back to the store and showed them the fish tank and the lid they have on display, so with a nasty attitude I got my lid.
Then after a week my fish had white spots, so I went back to see what I should do, and the guy who sold me the fish and the tank at the same time starts having a go at me for putting to many fish in the tank, so I left and I'll never come back.
Change your staff's attitudes, and stop trying to rip people off
My partner and I purchased a large amount of fish for our pond nearly two months ago now. After this we noticed they started to die including some of our older fish as we have had for years. After a couple of weeks we noticed they had hook worm and lice. We went back to the store and found out they had a breakout in-store with their fish. We told them what had happened and they had now killed over 20 of our fish. Leaving the store dishearten they did nothing about it. We had spent hundreds of dollars with them on new fish that were all infected. We have also had to pay for professionals to come sterilize and fix our 8 thousand L pond and have spent hundreds of dollars fixing the problem and preventing anymore fish from dying. The fish have been stressed out and now have ulcers from this and both of us being massive animal lovers have been upset and stressed over this incident.
Arrogant staff who don’t know how to politely advise someone that they’ve made a mistake. Perhaps if you spent more time trying to educate in a reasonable way people wouldn’t feel so poorly about your service. You aren’t lecturers, you’re sales people. Learn your place
I placed my order for a Tetra Whisper300 aquarium pump online and they delivered an old shabby item.
So I cancelled my second order BEFORE dispatch (they had sat on it already for a week) and they charged me a $13 'restocking' fee.
Despicable and unethical business.
