I am a young dog owner who used this facility for the first time last weekend. At first I was very anxious about leaving my beloved puppy coco in someone else's care especially since I had no idea what to expect or if my dog would be sociable with the many other dogs At PRA. When I first arrived to drop coco off on Friday I was reassured by tiarne and another staff member that coco will be fine as they went over her medical history and weighed her - originally I was going to ask for a quick tour for my own knowledge that I knew she was in a safe environment etc but I didn't have the courage to ask. I ended up picking coco up on Sunday afternoon when I was originally due to pick her up on Monday this was no problem and as my surprise I got credited an extra day the next time we visit. The facilities dont match the services provided. There is lack of care for your beloved pets as the staff doesnt care at all, clearly lack of communication among staff, not even aware if anything goes wrong with your pets. It was our first experience with Pet Resorts Dural and overall was an extremely bad one. We boarded our dog and cat for 40 days. Both were not looked after well contrary to the claims at the time of boarding. Our cat had an eye condition requiring eye drops. The eye drops were not given to her regularly and as a result her eye got worst when we picked her up. In addition to this, the great shock we got when we picked up our dog as his eye socket was clearly injured and the staff had no clue whatsoever or won't admit that even happened. We will never board our pets with Pet Resort Dural in the future and will not recommend any one who love their pets.
