Pet supersavers has an amazing array of products. The staff are always friendly and ready to lend a hand when needed. I love to look at all the animals they have on sale. The store is always busy and my dog loves all the special attention she gets when we go in for a clean :-D
Pet supersavers is a fantastic store for all your pets needs. Staff are beyond helpful and try their best to accommodate your every need. The resuce animals are well looked after and are given a second chance at life by being taken from death row! The manager is fantasic and would recommend pet super savers to everyone!
Pet Super savers is the best place to go for all your animals needs i really love the store all the staff are very nice and know what thay are talking about when it comes to helping with anything you may need help with. The really cool thing about Pet Super savers is that thay are a rescue and take dogs and cats and chickens off death row i would highly recommend Pet Super savers to everyone that i know. :D :D :D
DISGUSTING SERVICE Leichelle the manager has absolutely no idea what she is doing. I would discourage anyone thinking about dealing with her, if it wasn't for the poor animals that need saving from this absolute wreck of a centre. The manager holds no accountability or responsibility for her unorganised, unprofessional work. I do not wish to sabotage a business, but please be warned the service is appalling.

Your response to my review justifies my claim of your incompetence. Just as you have poorly responded to all other negative reviews. You should not be managing that facility.

Haven't been there since they moved and as suspected nothing has changed. Only went there after visiting the vet which I don't think we will be again either. There was nothing in the store half the shelves empty, the product range sucks, the reptile room although impressive to an extent has larger turtles in an area that is far too small for them, the dogs for adoption at the time claimed to be border collie pups that were one not border collies (one may have been a cross but that's it) and two were far older then they claimed. And as usual the service was absolutely terrible and rude. Exactly why we don't go there in the first place.
i am sorry you didn't enjoy your visit to the store - however it is hard at stocktake time - we run down the stock to count it - and all the puppies we do - as per the signs - are all rescue - we are told what the mother is - but we dont necessarily know the father - and they are collie x - the reptile area is amazing and the EPA think its great - the turtles are rotated with the couple of others outside in the turtle cove. you comment is way harsh, and the vet next door is amazing - they take the time to check your pet thoroughly and much cheaper than anywhere else
