Tucked down a lane, this is one of three large brand pet stores in Brookvale. Their range doesn't seem quite as big as the other two shinier competitors, but their staff are warm and love you bringing in your pets.

I sent my dog in for grooming and it was a disaster! I asked for a summer clip but they said they gave him a style clip, which is more expensive of course that I would have to pay for, although I have no idea what breed this style would be for (it's hilarious!). He also didn't seem to have been washed and still smelt doggy so I had to bathe him the next day. All in all $85 for a small dog with an awful clip and no washing is a bit much. The girl was also really rude just to cap it off. Anyway he is getting lots of attention from everyone asking about his very unusual haircut!

I found this store has gone downhill in service. They have an enormous range but in the end I switched stores. The grooming facilities were a bonus and conveniently located next to maccas.

I have had my dogs groomed at PetO many times. I have found the staff to be very helpful and the grooming to be of a high standard. My dogs look forward to their trip to PetO and as I have an older dog who is a bit special needs, I am very particular about where she goes for her beauty needs !!

This store hurt our dog badly during a grooming appointment, and pulled his whole dew claw out, blood everywhere, two needles, an a badly traumatised Shi tzu. The worst part is both the groomer and the staff said his injuries were self inflicted by bumping paw on bench?? $70 wasted on a bad day.

The management did very little to rectify the matter, not returning calls etc.

Will not ever return to this store, and will tell as many people as possible not to come either. Have also let over 940 Facebook people know this as well.
