I would not hesitate to use these guys again. Nicole was attentive, considerate & kind. Acted in a professional manner at all times and was worth every penny. The fairy princess was like the pied piper to the kids. They were entertained & left extremely happy. Will definitely use them again for another party.

Had a party recently but wasn't very impressed with the new management. Had been there before when it was polka dot and the experience was totally different. The party at pink zebra was obviously understaffed to the point the guests had to keep going to the kitchen to help themselves with water. There were about 35 guests most of them children and they had only 2 staff on....one was dressed as a fairy and the other was trying to do everything else. I found the younger children were kept entertained but the older ones aged 4 and over were bored and complaining. By the end of the party one of the staff spoke down at a child in an aggressive and abusive manner. When the parents and other guests confronted the staff, the staff ordered all the remaining guests to leave.
Wasn't a pleasurable experience. The adults were left in shock and the kids were very upset. Wouldn't go there again.
I was at this party and really felt sorry for the staff member who was abused by one of the fathers. I personally was very impressed with the party and would have no hesitation in having a party here. Unfortunately some parents want to ruin it for the rest of us. I thought the staff members were very friendly and accommodating. My child has requested their party here! Keep up the good work PZ!
Dear impressed parent, I was was at the party and know all the remaining parents at the party. All were disgusted with your staff behaviour and most of which confronted her. I don't know who exactly you are, but you are definitely were not a parent at that party.

I cannot thank the staff enough at Pink Zebra Parties .. We just recently had my Daughters 7th Birthday party here and not only the kids but adults had a ball . Food was great value ' place was spotless ' entertainers were really involved with the kids ' we needed a few dietary requirements and the management were great in sourcing food that could be served .
Hats off to you guys we will back again I'm sure .
I recently had my 4 year old daughter's Birthday Party here and was extrememly impressed with the entire day. Staff were lovely and I didnt have to organise a thing. Most importantly my daughter had an absolute ball and quite a few of her friends have already decided to have their parties here! Fantastic success thanks Pink Zebra!
