NEVER USE THEM. We used Plumbing and Gas Australia recently and were horrified at the cost to run some gas and water pipe after hours. For 7 hours work, it cost over $10,000. They then use pressure tactics to make you pay before you have time to realise you've being ripped off.
PGA has grown to be one of the largest plumbers up here, and for good reason. I've used plumbers in the past and always felt ripped off, but PGA are the type of company that I can safely leave the keys to my house with - and there's not many companies you can say that about. The estimates are always spot on, they always turn up on time, and best of all they always explain what they've done, so I know what I've paid for. Well done Shaun, keep up the great work!
