I went to the Med center and saw Dr Annette Deada. She spoke to me so rudely as I explained her about my concerns, she said why are you saying like this why didn’t you saying like that. She said to me that I was confusing her. I find this statement so harsh. I asked her for an xray and she said there is no xray for this. You should tell me like that. Dr Annette Deada thats very rude you need to learn how to speak to your patients first. Why nobody take any responsibility for that they shouldn’t be hard and rude to patients.
Not very efficient in the front office with office staff making appointments when the practitioners are not going to be present and continuing to confirm said appointments even on the same morning (staff said Dr was in) and when you show up you are treated with contempt for asking questions about how they can book you in when the practitioner is not there and was never going to be present. Have made an official complaint with the Service Management
