Entered shop and staff paged a person to assist, the response to my request for a product was nothing but rude from this person. Over the years I have experienced poor service there but had noticed it had improved over the last year. So it came as quite a shock to experience this staffers attitude. If there is a query on a products availability or safety I would expect it to be handled in a professional manner. I walked out on the staffer and went to Home Hardware where I experienced polite professional service. The staffer at Mitre 10 gave the impression as a woman I was stupid. As a person who has done many years of renovations on my house I always go back to the retailer who treats me with respect. Would management please educate this staffer, you would think with Bunnings coming he would be bending over backwards to give service to keep your customers and his job.
