Had an appointment today but on arrival reception told me it was not in their system. It is my birthday party tonight so was very upset. Receptionists didn’t try to escalate or solve the issue, only suggested it was my fault for not knowing the absence of a booking confirmation email means I’m not booked in. Also mentioned it happens alot. Perhaps an idea to fix that issue, maybe? I went to a competitor who did everything to get me sorted for my birthday, despite their salon being a lot busier than Prema.
After having a wonderful first experience with Prema in July this year (I believe Zach cut my hair and Sarah coloured it), I was very much looking forward to my haircut/colour today.
Unfortunately, I left the salon today feeling very dejected and disappointed with the service.

I usually go there for haircuts and I am usually pleased with the result.
This time, I went for my first head of foils ever, it was a big deal for me to go from brunette to blond; I paid a consultation with the colorist prior to the appointment to make sure we agreed on what I would get. I was told that they probably wouldn't be able to make me blond in one appointment and I accepted it, it's a process and you don't want to damage your hair. Getting a light brown as a first step and then come back 2 months later for the blond was ok with me. I made it clear though that I didn't want to get the warm yellow tones that Brunette sometimes get. And the colorist assured me that if it was the case, we would tone it back to a darker cooler tone.read more
