Premier Motor Service

I'm a regular user and it's a dreadful service. There is no coach competition for the south coast of NSW so they do as they please. Every Christmas/New Year is shambolic at Nowra - always disorganised and running very late. Poor customer service, don't reply to emails and don't answer phone so just take your money and don't care, would not recommend to anyone wanting a reliable and trustworthy bus service.

Company with no customer service skills. On my part I miss read the departure time.as 3.35pm not 3.25pm. Was on a local bus going at a snails pace. Pulled up at bus stop at 3.27pm, the Premiere Coach was already driving off. I called the customer line and the ph was answer by a staff. Excellent service, on time and reasonable rates. The bus was clean and comfortable.
