Bought 2 cars at the same time. Many promises and offers for the sale but after market service very bad. A 2 year cashwash is offered. If the carwash is not in service it is being used by the service team who rudely leave the cars in the carwash unattended making the wait for the carwash exceed 15 minutes. Will buy from elsewhere from now on. Very shady dealers
I purchased a brand new car from preston motors in July 2016. Mr Dixit Sharma the sales repesentative gave us excellent and professional service. He gave us good advice. He is very professional and very helpful. He gave us a good deal on our Mitsubishi Car. We will definitely send more customers to Mr Dixit Sharma in future !!

Today we travelled 4 hours whilst I am 39 weeks pregnant (my own choice I know). We had a deposit on a car that we found on their website & car sales and after many phone calls and discussions about the car being in 'excellent condition' and 'you won't be disappointed' we said we would come down and pay for and collect the car. They knew we were travelling 4 hours and in difficult circumstances but still promised us the car was in a condition that was 'excellent' and 'we wouldn't make you come all this way 'otherwise'. Maybe we were too trusting? Anyway, when we arrived all excited to collect our car we took a look at the outside and apart from a few minor marks and scuffs (all understandable for a second hand car) we were still happy. Until we opened the car. The car smelt like someone had just smoked an entire packet of cigarettes (still fixable), there was dirt all over the interior/Sears/doors, the side passenger skirting fell off, then the worst...the centre consoleread more

It's coming up on a year now since we bought our Suzuki from Preston Motors Epping. The sales process was bumpy so I wanted to wait a while to see how the rest of the service went.
I can now say the sales team make some very questionable promises that are then revealed to be wrong or misleading when it comes to contract signing.read more
i purchased a brand new car from preston motors back in 2012 and would never deal with them again! Would have to repeatedly go back to have service books filled out, after returning the courtesy car early that day i went into the office to return the keys (Car was parked in front of the service department office) asked them to come out and sign off to say they it was returned in the same condition (brand new). But it was to hot for them to come out and take a look. 6 hours later they called my partner and said the car was returned with a bit off damage to the front bar, drivers side mirror and door. My partner obviously had no idea what they where talking about and explained she would have notice and my self the damage to the car as it was on the drivers side door. They then threatened my partner if she didnt pay up for the damages there would be legal consequences. I then phoned the dealer ship and told them to check the cctv footage and they would work itread more
