If I could give zero stars I would. They make you book an appointment to 'avoid the wait' then have you wait almost 2 hours to see the doctor. On top of it all their staff have the audacity to tell children off for "being loud". Lile I said, zero stars for this "family clinic".

The Drs need to know how to fill in a referral to Oupatients Public Hospitals. I have been waiting for my Dr to send it for over a week hwvr he does not know how to. The service has improved out of sight since they introduced Hotdoc appointments. Everything I want from a medical practice is under one roof. Have a great and thoughtful doctor that looks out for my health.

Absolutely appalling. Made an appointment online and waited for over an hour to see a doctor. Finally saw a doctor who was rude, blunt, opinionated and absolutely no help. A walk in clinic with wait times averaging 2 hours or more. Reception staff verging on rude. Doctors too busy to have much rapport with patients. It is bulk billed, and there are pathology services and xray and a chemist onsite which gives this clinic the potential to be great..It would be much better if it allowed patients to make an appointment. Not recommended .
