Priority Tree Services, with Daniel Leading the Team, and Jamie doing the booking, were 100% excellent. We had a BIG job involving 9 different trees on our property. From the first day, the quote was prepared on the same day, and Jamie was an excellent communicator and flexibly arranged the time to do the work. They asked every question to get just what we were after. The team arrived on time, they were not only outstanding and thorough with their work, timely, cleaned up beyond our expectations, provided safety precautions, they were friendly as well. Couldn't be happier to recommend.
Highly recommended - the services provided by Priority Tree Services were excellent. From start to finish I cannot fault them. They were punctual, professional and courteous. They removed a 20 meter pine tree overhanging power lines and the next door neighbours established garden, and then ground the stump. They are highly organised and a pleasure to watch them remove such a large tree without causing any damage to surrounding plants. When they finished, the site was left cleaner than when they arrived. I can gladly recommend Priority Tree Services.
We have used Priority Tree Services on several occasions over the past 7 years and would not hesitate to recommend their services. Their work has always been undertaken in a professional manner and has been completed on time and as quoted. The team are fantastic, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.
I have recently used Priority Tree Services at my home in Wahroonga and the gentleman were fantastic! They arrived on time, agreed to do some extra work, (that we had forgotten about), and cleaned up. Can you believe no mess after having 4 trees taken down. Very impressed.
I have been less than impressed with Priority Tree Services. Having made an appointment for them to come out and give a quote on felling a big tree, they called to reschedule that appointment due to an issue on their side. I was fine about rescheduling, but then they arrived a day early when I was not at home. We rescheduled again, but this time they failed to arrive at all - resulting in me wasting my afternoon waiting for them. A quote was emailed through yesterday and of the three quotes we have asked for from different companies, they were by far the most expensive and this was without me having actually having spoken to them about said tree! We definitely didn't feel like a "priority" and needless to say will not be using them.
I have seen your review and would like to personally apologise for the experience you received. Under normal circumstances we have a reminder system that ensures that our clients get reminders so this does not happen. As you are aware our sales consultant had a close family member pass away and the schedule needed to get amended and I can only assume with the changes there ended up being a mix up with theread more
