I was left very disappointed when my daughter received a terribly uneven haircut from Prive Salon. I had to take her the next day to another salon to try fix it. I went into Prive Salon with photos and a hairdresser said that it had not been cut correctly but she could not refund my money. I have written 2 emails to the owner and had no response. There is no way a qualified hairdresser could have made a mistake like that! Are all their workers qualified??
