I went in for a pedicure, but unfortunately the service wasn't the best. My first choice of polish colour was unavailable. I was offered a magazine dating back to 2011; I don't want to read old news (offer clients the latest mags). My existing gel colour was left to soak for four minutes before it was forced off with metal instruments (it was OPI Axxium and needed soaking of 30 minutes so it would just flakes off). The massage was done roughly and the gloves had gathered and so they were abrasive against my skin (be mindful, go slowly, and pay attention to what you are doing). And, finally, the actual polish was poorly applied with it going into other toes and on the cuticle. Oh dear! I won't go back there. Focus should be on quality rather than rushing.

I come here every 2-3 wks and love it. Girls r well mannered and friendly. I always get a French spa pedi and it always comes out looking a treat. The only down side is the communication barrier as their English is lacking, but hey, that's y it's so cheap!

I have been to several Professionail outlets and find them to be a bit "hit and miss". This one was a definite miss.
