When I first arrived from Sydney 10 years ago it was a difficult experience finding a place. I have always owned a property and had no idea what to do. You were the only ones that seemed to care and went that extra mile to help me rent a property. Thanks again for all your help through the years, can't believe how quick the time went.
We have been dealing with the Professionals Toowong as landlords for 10 years. Might rent was always deposited in my account promptly and we had very little vacancy for all of our properties. The Professionals always made sure that they regularly inspected each property and supplied us with numerous photos.
We recently inspected the properties with our Property Manager after not having seen them for 3 years and we were very pleased with the condition and the nice tenants.
Am renting a property from them and agree with previous two reviews. Am waiting for maintenance to be done and no word in days other than "somebody will contact me". When? By next Christmas? I need the problem fixed NOW! They will never phone you, you might occassionally get a response by email if you're lucky and there is never anybody in the office to assist, their customer service is appalling! Have to say the most useless property managers I have ever encountered and they make no apologies.
