I was waiting more than half an hour even though I made booking. Couldn't keep my kids from getting restless, I just walked out. What is the point of making booking ? And the staff at reception' i-don't-care attitude! Just pathetic.

Some of the reception staffs can be rude. Dr Yussef is great, very informative and answers my questions. Would not go here if she wasn't there. The nurses are great too, real friendly.
