Pure n Bright Cleaning

Communication with admin was good, although I was quoted $80 for inclusive services and then told I had to pay $120 when they arrived! I said no I was quoted $80, and then they said fine I'll do it for $100! Seemed like someone was trying to make a buck. The cleaner seemed a nice personality, but tried to only do half of the job - I had to move things around and make sure it was all done! Overall, ok experience but expect to be overcharged - won't be using again.

DON’T EVEN CONSIDER their carpet cleaning service. It is the WORST service we have ever used. We asked for the cleaning and when their staff came, he said there are heavy stains (which is not true, there was one side with water mark that between bathroom and bedroom) on our carpet and gave us three options: 1. Standard cleaning $60; 2. More advanced cleaning ~$260; and 3. Chemical cleaning ~$350 (he advised us we need this option). The costs from the latter two are ridiculous, which I had never come across based on my experiences of using the same service from other providers. So, since the person was there, we had to select one and we selected the first one and believe that the mark would not be cleaned. However, the guy did not even clean the other areas properly. **DO NOT USE - TERRIBLE BUSINESS, AWFUL EXPERIENCE**
Pure n Bright cleaners made my the experience of getting our carpets cleaned as painful and stressful as they possibly could. They spared no expense and used all available resources and opportunities to create as much frustration as possible - being able to waste an entire day and expect to be paid is top notch, but the most amazing thing about their service was their ability to be late not once, not twice, but FOUR TIMES in one day. They even offered to charge us four times the value of their original quote, and to top it off wanted payment before even beginning work - this was 3:15 in the afternoon and we had decided to move a load of stuff after waiting four hours for them to turn up - I said I'd pay cash upon my return within the hour. Was a little worried after reading some of the negative reviews of the company but decided to choose them after speaking to Sam for a quote on the phone. She assured me that they guys guarantee all their work so I go ahead and booked carpet cleaning with them of the property I was moving out from. The operator arrived on time in the company van and cleaned my carpets in a very short time. The results were so good that even my real estate agent asked for the details of the company from me. If you are looking for a cost effective, reliable and efficient option definitely go for these guys.

The worst service. They were half an hour late, then locked themselves out, and also tried to tell me that the carpet needed to be sanitised to remove the stains for an extra $100. He was only in there for half an hour which leads me to believe they did not clean three rooms, they just cleaned two stains I had told them about. An absolute rip off
