Years after curtains were installed ( with countless quality issues which were resolved), we discover that the Somfy motor and track that we paid for was actually an inferior brand.
Now we have to replace the entire track and motor instead of just a motor.
Possible new owners, same poor attitude.
Unfortunate that this business lied and misrepresented and will not take responsibility.
I did a couple works for Demian, director from this business. I have noticed his commitment and concern regarding all the requirements of his clients besides contributing in a good way with the needs and doubts that their clients have during the whole process of purchase and installation of their products. good products!
One word. Unprofessional.
Nightmare to get them installed. They were delayed for weeks and communication was incredibly poor. I had to call them to request an update about the delayed progress on multiple occasions. Excuse after excuse with no acknowledgement of their faults, I have never heard of so many excuses yet alone a simple apology.
Expect requests for deposits and payment requests before jobs are completed. Once they have your money you're dead to them so be careful on what you pay andread more
