Food and juices great, promt service if not a little disorganised. Found a foreign object in my focacia recently, wasn't that bothered as I can understand that sometimes these things can happen - wasn't going to put it in the review but for the fact that when I raised the matter and returned said piece of wire all I got was 'oh thats terrible, can we fix this up next week, Im busy', a confused look and then the sight of the back of their head walking away. After 15 years in hospitality, I can assure you things have changed a lot, once an operator has your cash - they really don't care about your experience much after that. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back the following business day, to be greeted with a smile by the same attendant who showed no interest in making amends for the extra piece of inch long thin wire that I munched down on, same effect today - the last day I go there for lunch.
