Excellent service from Christian! My garage door got stuck after bouncing back from the open car boot. I called to book an emergency service, Christian guided me through over the phone patiently, and it worked! Christian is a super hero, and saved me so much hassle and at least a few hundred dollars. The same thing happened again after several months, and Christian did the magic for me again!
AVOID AVOID AVOID! I had a panel on my garage door booked in to be replaced and the company did not show up 5 times to replace the panel! no phone call from them, nothing....I was promised a call back time and time again but it was always me having to call them to find why they didn't show up and having to make new appointments. When they did finally show up, they serviced my garage door instead of replacing the panel! After this I demanded to speak with the site management and asked for the managements name, only to be told I dont have access to this information?! who doesn't know the managements name for a company that they work for!? It was only after this demand my door was finally replaced. Unfortunately we had to use this company as the colour on our door is licensed to them.. STAY CLEAR

Spoke to Natasha, she listened to me and followed up on the issue as soon as possible. Their customer service ladies were extremely helpful over the phone,with a callback the day before the visit to agree the appointment time within a two hour window. Very understanding of our unique situation. They are very attentive to the suggestions and problems regarding how to beautify your home. Would recommend this to my friends.
Excellent service! Very happy with the service that was provided to me. Mark was on the ball and did an excellent job! Even helped me with bring my new dryer inside! He was efficient in his work.
