I drove 2.5hours to have my feathered baby chipped, a fellow client made a remark that my bird was beautiful and the dr (Karen) wasn’t shy in voicing her unnecessary and DISGUSTING opinions about my Macaw. One of her opinions included “They are nothing more than a status symbol ITS not even a pet” her words exactly I’m still shaking I’m so mad!! It was very hard to hold my tongue and not let her have it. As a new client that has a potential of 50-70years of life with my Macaw and other family pets this clinic has been severely let down by Karen (as I’m aware she’s the owner) well if she’s the role model all her staff follow then she needs a long hard look in the mirror, never have I been more disgusted in the behaviour of a “professional” little did Karen know I have been a veterinary technician for many years prior to having my young kids and to be spoken to like an idiot if I wasn’t so sure of myself and my pet ownership it would have made me feel intimidated andread more
We have been taking our animals, cats and dogs, to these vets for more years than I can remember. I'm sure we were among the first to use their services. We have found all of the vets that we have seen there to be professional and caring. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting expert and sensitive care for their pets.
Had a terrible experience which is a shame as I have been going there for nearly a decade now. Most of the staff are great but there is one vet in my particular (the female vet) who was not nice and hurled offensive verbal abuse towards us just because we couldn’t afford the bill all at once, as they had added extra cost without telling us. We tried to call to resolve issues and the owners refuse to speak to us, they do not care about feedback and refuse to change. They do not care about you or your pets. Have always had good experiences there until now and will now take my business elsewhere, which is sad.
