Disgusting Service Experience - totally lost my trust!
Had a very disappointing & expensive experience this morning with my vehicle service. Had a few issues they needed to attend to. Service assistant spoke down at me and talked in riddles from the onset. He wanted to change my windscreen wipers, that THEY had only changed at the last service and then tried to back pedal saying that it’s probably that my car is not garaged – what an assumption!!! He made a total fool of himself when he decided to tell me that the vehicle was sluggish because I needed to use 98 Octane fuel, again assumed that I was filling up with 91. They kept the car far longer than initially quoted all 3 times I brought it in, leaving me without a car and unable to work for over a week. Each time I took the car to them I drove away with a new problem. Last time I took it to them to fix a simple issue, after keeping the car for 4 days I drove away thinking it was fixed only to have it crop up again a week later, their response (after the half-deaf receptionist hung up on me once) was basically "well, you can bring it in again and pay us to fix it again". Absolute grubs.
Have had the best experience with Ralph D'Silva service team! Service manager Chris is an absolute pleasure to deal with & has always been honest & transparent regarding any issues with our Holden Captiva. Highly recommend & will continue to come back to this dealership despite moving across town!

My wife took the car in, they tried to charger her for a major service the car didnt need after i asked for minor service. Asked to get my alarm fixed they told me they couldnt and i purchase the car from there. The guy at service reception said they looked at it but you need auto electricion lol cant even fix there own cars
