I went to Luke with a very specific goal, as I am planning to compete in an event next month. I was impressed with the program he first set out for me because I could see the knowledge and logic that underpinned it. As my training with Luke has progressed, I have continued to appreciate the way he combines evidence based principles with flexibility. I can see that he takes careful account of my performance and adjusts my program accordingly. As well, I like asking questions and Luke is a straightforward and friendly guy with, luckily, plenty of patience. As a result of this, I've come further than I'd imagined and have adjusted my own initial goal (not to come last!) to something more ambitious. Overall, I've made far, far more progress with Luke than I would have done by myself because he knows, better than I do it seems, what I can achieve.
I was lucky enough to win Luke's services in a charity auction and wasn't too sure what to expect. I had been doing my own fitness regime for a while but I seemed to had reached a plateau. Since I have started with Luke, he has corrected my technique and started to target the areas I felt needed work. He is very precise, intuitive and is willing to modify work outs to make sure you are safe. To top it all off, he is a firm but very likeable guy - a good combo! Already, my posture has improved dramatically and I learnt to dead lift my own weight! I never thought I would be able to do this! Thanks Luke! Hello, bikini body in no time!!
Hey big shout out to Luke, he is doing a fantastic job on motivating me to achieve my goals of 'being fit enough to chase my 3 little angels around', and my eating & fitness has improved remarkably because of Luke. Didn't think that I would have the motivation to embark on my weight loss journey on my own. PT training sessions with Luke has provided motivation for me to start and carry on my journey. The small weekly goals + encouragement provided by Luke provides me the motivation to carry on.
