I called this place today to speak about a potential hire for my company. The "recruiter" advised me that he would definately be able to help me as he recruits in my area (electrical) however upon questioning, I found out that he had the whole of 6 months experience and no idea about the electrical field at all. For this experience they want you to fork out money upfront and put your faith in them. No thanks! If I could score 0 I would!

If you did not hire in the first month of services we will 100% honour our money back promise, unless you asked us to do another month or services. It's a money back promise OR another free month of services, and it certainly isn't a scam.

Paid $2k for nothing. In two months we were sent 8 Candidates. Half the “candidates” were not qualified for our role as an office administrator (pretty simple role to fill) and the other half didn’t bother showing up for an interview.
It is very disappointing to hear you did not manage to hire through our service. Unfortunately, we cannot force candidates to turn up for interviews.
I advertised a simple role of for just a sales coordinator to do sales related admin work, in 3 months we were not able to find a single hire, and on the 3rd month they said they can't do anything and their hire gaurantee isn't valid anymore.
I was given 3 recruitment managers in the process, and they kept on changing the role to whatever the felt like without taking proper feedback on what was required for my role.
