On way back to south west 12/2/2020 called into red rooster for late tea in balcatta. its was the worst meal ever warm soggy chips burger bun 1/2 soogy rest hard as a rock lettuce if thats what you call it was unrecognisable chicken wing dings ok best thing we got was the coke. so after spending $30 it went out at the next bin on way home. wont be buying again any time soon.
Poor service Red Rooster. After being duplicate charged 2 days ago for ONE sale we have contacted the store 3 times only to be fobbed off and lied to that they will get back to us. How does a staff member announce that your tap has been declined when it acctually went through ? And then ask to tap card again ? We have been in business for decades and never done this to a customer. The machine is simple to use and tells the truth about declined cards ! What a joke really . We should be contacted and the problem sorted out within at leaset no more than 24 hours. Then we try to ring head office "phones are disconnected" , the store tells us thay can't let us know who to contact to solve this problem. These jokers should NOT be able to operate under Australian Consumer Laws. Very poor RR
I would like to tell you about our experience at your store in Chirnside park Victoria on Sunday 5th May.
At 6.30 pm we went in the drive through and ordered a 1/4 chicken and chips, wrap and a Classic roast. Paid for the meals and then waited at the next window only to be told we could only have one of the meals as there was no chicken left for both. The girl on the window was very rude. How can you run out of chicken at dinner time on a Sunday night when you are a chicken restaurant. We asked if we could just have a couple of strips to replace the chicken in the classic roast. That was quite confusing for the girl serving!!!!!
We received our bag and went home. When we got home we discovered that there was NO classic roast meal only 2 strips in a box, considering we hadread more
My issue is with the management at Wynnum QLD on the 12th Jan. My wife began to eat her meal and started to gag, she was able to cough up a large piece of plastic (was in a chkn wrap) after submitting a complaint, received an email stating they had called, thats a lie, no call or message received. When I phoned back with photos we were told they would get back to us, mind you they had not asked if my wife was OK or invite us to come in to discuss this, on Jan 23rd after no contact we went to the store. I informed them who we were, with no hi I am, straight to text book rederick of we are still investagating but that's it there is nothing more we can say and stormed off, and still no concerns to what happend to my wife. They are the rudest most agorant people we have ever met, with no duty of care and NO customer service, we and all our other small Business partners will not be returning to that or any other Red Rooster store.
If you are looking for a store where you cannot understand the accent unless you are Indian or a store where your food is served to you cold or a store that does not answer their phone ...well look no further ITS THE BULLCREEK STORE.
