Would give zero stars, if possible. Do not leave your investment property in the hands of Redlands Property Group, unless you really enjoy:
* Emails not being responded to
* Phone calls not being returned
* Rent payments not being forwarded unless you chase them up
* Rental statements not being sent unless you ask for them, numerous times, every single month
* Inspection reports & photos not being provided
* Property damage not reported
* Overall terrible service, lack of communication & no actual "property management"
Stay clear of this group. Even your worst property management experience won't match how low this group can go.
Both Matt Wilkins and Andrea Onley are great representatives for this Agency. Matt did a great job of selling the property and Andrea was a true professional when managing the property while renting it out. Both achieving great market rates while arranging quality, well priced repairs when they were required. I highly recommend them when selling or renting your property, I trusted them both to do this after I had left Brisbane, I never had to worry about the property at any time.
Can not speak highly enough of this agency, they go out of their way to do the best they can. They ALWAYS return calls and emails, answer all questions in a prompt and professional manner and understand the true value of each property and don't just shove ancient past sales results in your face to try and get you to settle for less. This agency actually understands that a market moving up means you rely on prices going up not selling your home for less. I highly recommend this young and efficient team over the many lazy dinosaurs that are still in this market and should of retired decades ago. I found them to be proactive rather than reactive and would highly recommend them if you want results and not lip service and excuses.
