My wife and I have been to red manna twice by ourselves and enjoyed it so much we booked our evening wedding reception there. All of our guests commented on how good the night was and how much they enjoyed themselves. We have always had an amazing meal and both comment every time that it is pricier than some other places but worth the bit extra as Jason and his staff are a cut above all the others. Exquisit food, lovely location, our absolute favourite. I cannot recommend Red Manna highly enough.
Very disappointing. I was expecting the "exclusive" dining experience but I left feeling very underwhelmed. The service was poor, the aircon was blasting out, the meal was lukewarm and the portions small. when we asked if we would require side portions to accompany our meal we were told that we wouldn't need them but we all wished we had ordered them. the dessert portions were especially small a and my coffee arrived when everyone else had finished when I had wanted it while they ate dessert. The views are superb but you needed that to take your mind off the tired interior.
As self proclaimed food connoisseurs, this restaurant is by far the only one in Mandurah to be consistent in the three years we have been living in mandurah. We have dined at the Manna a dozen times or so, and never a bad or average meal have been had.
Anyone rustrated beyond reasonable trying to find a restaurant in Mandurah who would serve you a meal mid-week at 8.30pm.....try The Manna!!
It is a place we go with the peace of mind that our guests will be impressed.
Recommendation is the seafood tower (nothing limp or tasteless about that one) with a presentation 10/10 that will impress the most fastidious eater, accompanied with a crisp riesling along with the fab view and summer ambience - hard to beat.
Keep up the good work.
A little expensive for the overall experience. Waitresses need more training on serving food and pouring drinks but were friendly attentive and pleasant. The menu pages, in particular the covers were dirty, worn out and torn. quite a shabby start to the evening but a couple of bottles of Goundrey cabernet merlot throughout the meal, finished with reasonably priced dessert sample plate had us leave in a happy refrain.
